Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Socratic AI and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Socratic AI, go to the Profile tab, and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with your Apple ID.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Go to the Profile tab in the app and you can delete all your conversations, insights, and personal data at any time.

Is my data private?
